It was terrible. I needed a new battery. The dealer would have charged $245 out the door, they charged $290! They marked up the price of the battery ridiculously. At AutoZone, the battery was $159 with a 5 year warranty. They charged me $228 for the same battery with a 1 year warranty. I had already had my car towed here and couldn't tow it again to another place but save yourself the hassle and money - DON'T GO HERE!

Awesome services compared to others. Just came for an oil change and there was no 'salesperson' vibe from anyone. If anything is seriously wrong with my car, I get the feeling that they'd tell me, otherwise they just did what I asked with no pressure or mentioned of other services that I 'need' like how other places try to sell you other stuff. Everyone was friendly and professional and got the job done in less than 30 minutes.

I stopped in for a vehicle inspection. I was worried they wouldn't be able to fit me in because I stopped in shortly before closing. The lady at the front desk was so nice and friendly. They had a rescue pup in the office that also made the visit sweet and pleasant. I am thankful they fit me in. I will definitely keep Dealer Alternative in mind for future car needs.
