Ill just keep leaving great reviews for this place as long as they let me! Never, ever have I had such great service as with DA. Im an older female with zero knowledge about car mechanics and I alwways dread trying to find a place that feels like Im being treated fairly. DA was recommended to me by a neighbor and Ill never go anywhere else. Jay and his team are highly professional, honest, helpful. They are always happy to explain everything, offer solutions, offer other solutions. They tell you ahead of time what your options are and the cost of everything. Very clean and beautiful shop! Just a real jewel here in SMTX. I truly cannot recommend them more!

Dealer Alternative was very honest, kind and affordable! Christina was very well spoken and helpful, letting us know what was happening every step of the way! They are honest and let you know exactly what they’re doing to your car and responsive to what YOU want fixed, not what they think should be fixed.

The first thing I noticed was how clean and uncluttered the parking lot was. Then when I looked into the work area it too was clean and mostly uncluttered except for parts that were removed, or being readied to install. First impressions are important. For me If someone keeps their house clean, its a reflection of their character. I wasn't disappointed when I went into the office and met Christina and Jay. They were easy to talk to and answered all my questions without trying to hurry me. The repairs on my old car were completed in an appropriate amount of time, and afterwards Jason, the tech, showed me the defective parts, and explained to me what he had done. The cost was a little more than I had anticipated but if you receive high quality work, with good customer service and a good turn around time, its worth it. To be honest, I didn't compare with prices elsewhere, and I wouldn't have authorized the repairs if I didn't think it was a fair price. I highly recommend this business if your car needs tending to. I will be back. Besides, their dog Sage, greeted me when I first walked in, and must have thought I was ok, so we're good.
