Dealers alternative auto care is not just your normal shop. These guys are honest and care very much about everyone that walks thru the doors. I live the fact that I can get a ride where ever I need to go and know that my vehicle will be fixed and warranties. I have my daughter bring her car from Austin because I trust them so much.

As a woman, it’s hard to trust people when it comes to working on your car....I TRUST this garage impeccably ~ they’re always so honest & sweet & they never over charge or make up extra stuff like other places have in the past (The Acura Dealer ) . Very reasonably priced & always take care of me!

I went for an oil change. I did not have to wait that long and I was a walk in. Coffee is availible while you wait, and I like courtesy details like that. Some cute kitten videos were playing on tv so I was not bored. The price was fair and no one tried to sell me anything I did not go in there for. I just feel feel the mechanics there are trustworthy.

I was able to get in the same day and my maintenance which included several parts was finished within 2 hours. They also gave me a shuttle which really made it easier.

I was able to get my car in right away and although they couldn’t fix the issue they notified me right away and I was able to pick up my car and schedule an appointment at the dealership.

Everyone I have dealt with is super nice and friendly. The service is fast and correctly done. Just an overall pleasant experience
