I've had nothing but great experiences with this place so far. The prices are fair, but what really made the experience great was the customer service. The vehicles I brought to them were in and out within a couple of days! I spoke with an associate named Mary for awhile concerning my vehicle and she was always very happy and professional! She made the experience easier and much more enjoyable. They are also partnered with a towing service in the area and if you are having your vehicle towed to Dealer Alternative Auto Care they offer an amazing price! Also, I thoroughly appreciated the concierge service offered for free. When my vehicle was ready for pick up, they called and offered a free ride to the business. Vehicle issues can be a very stressful thing to deal with, but if you want a friendly, well priced, and stress free experience, I highly recommend Dealer Alternative Auto Care!

This is probably one of the experiences I have had with a mechanic in years. They have the experience and knowledge necessary to work on my Corvette. They gave me an approximate estimate before I ever left, then called me with their diagnosis and a revised estimate and asked for permission before ever starting any work. The work was completed exactly as they stated it would be and in a very timely manner. Every person I dealt with was friendly and very professional,. If I ever need service again, I will definitely be doing here. Great place for dependable work on classic cars .

I take all my autos to DAA .. service is great! During a recent visit Jay & I got to talking cars (something we both love to do!) and I mentioned that the one thing I really wanted on my '99 Mercury was a 'back-up' camera (gettin' old ya know...). Jay said, 'We can install one for you.' And so they did .. . big screen does music, radio, shows Google driving map, and more! Love it! Thanks DAA crew.

I have had very good luck with Dealer Alternative. They are courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have used them for various vehicle problems, and plan to continue.

Joe said that he has never had a problem with them. He brings his vehicle to them and tells them what is wrong. They fix it and he never has to go back.

Several months ago the speedometer on my 30 year old Chevy S10 truck failed. I have taken it to several repair shops (and talked to even more). Nobody was interested in trying to solve the problem. I really suspect they just didn't know how. DAAutoCare was suggested by a friend. Jill & Jay and all the DAA team were positive and confident they could solve the problem. They did (and fixed my wipers also) !!! Fair prices, friendly folks AND shuttle service to Wimberley - man did I appreciate that! Great team! Since then they have serviced 2 other autos for me. DAA is my 'go to' team from now on!

Christina and Jay (and the technician) were great. A difficult, not easy to diagnose, problem with our MB ML 350 but everything came right in the end.

Great hometown service center. Always helpful and quick to service our vehicles.
