Dealer Alternative went above and beyond to help my husband and I repair an elderly widows car. Jill (owner’s wife) actually drove out of town at 7:00 a.m. to pick up the part needed to complete the repair! We have never worked with ANY business that would go so far to service their customer. As a professional mechanic myself who has since moved on to another profession in the aviation field I can appreciate a well run shop that’s clean organized and runs like a top notch organization. Very courteous staff that got me in right away with an A/C problem that they were able to resolve tha same day (awesome) pick up and drop off service that was so convenient and I didn’t have to bother someone or Uber from and too the shop. Was a great overall experience getting my 14 year old high mileage Suburban worked on. I would highly recommend Dealer Alternative Care to anyone needing automotive maintenance.
