Brought a truck in for a whining power steering pump. I was not charged for any other tack on repairs as many dealer service departments would try to do. They were able to quickly diagnose and explain another concern that I had with the truck. Service was quick and the price was fair.

Jim said he thinks they are fair and they give a good price for the product they sell. He thinks they are an honest business. He took the vehicle to a competitor and they charge 3 to 4 times what the business charges.

Always fast, quality service. These guys have always been like family!

Facility is very clean and well organized. When I arrived a few minutes prior to my appointment I was met with a smile and friendly young lady. My truck was handled with care and respect.

The people here were wonderful, absolutely! From the first one I talked with all the way up to the owners, very nice and helpful service oriented interactions. Courtesy shuttle was great, mechanics took time to explain things however, there was a little problem with diagnosis, but they stuck by their work and made everything right! I will return to Dealer Alternative and would recommend them to others.
