Mary was my initial contact and I explained the problem which was the lights on the Dashboard would periodically dim, she informed me that an electrical diagnosis would help in identifying the problem, I arrived on the day of my appointment and completed the required paperwork and she also had the courtesy van ready to drop me back home, the gentleman that dropped me off was very pleasant. Later in the afternoon Mary called to inform me that they ran the diagnosis and the Alternator and the Battery checked out fine and the car was ready, she informed me that she would call as soon as the courtesy van was ready to pick me up, their honesty was greatly appreciated.
