I am a little disappointed. Before I dropped my car off, I asked the woman at the front desk to call me before they fix my car so I know how much it was going to be and she didn't call me to tell me how much it was going to be. I asked her three times just to make sure but I never got a call with a price. So I had to pay for my car to be fixed even though I was not told how much it was going to be before hand.
We are sorry you were disappointed. I reviewed your repair order and saw that you signed, and agreed to the $100 diagnosis charge. We were able to repair the vehicle for that price, so we didn't bother with calling you to tell you it was going to be what you already agreed to pay. We generally don't call and tell people it's going to cost what was already agreed to, and just call them with the good news that we were able to repair the vehicle for the initial agrred to amount.
