Never have I been so comfortable with a business working on one of my vehicles. I appreciate this establishment so much. Everyone is honest an the staff really take care of you instead of trying to purge you for more money like most places. Mary was great. She explained everything and if she didn’t know, she wasn’t afraid to say so. I will definitely go back. I called two Chevrolet dealerships for quotes before calling Dealer Alternative. Dealer Alternative staff was not only much friendlier than Chevrolet dealership staff, but they were also much cheaper.

This place is just great. I've been going here for years, and will always come back! They are honest, communicative, friendly, and take pride in their work. They don't try to hard-sell stuff, which is amazing. The quality of their work is terrific - they have my highest recommendation.

Made an appointment for oil change and safety inspection. Arrived 10 minutes early. They already had my paper work ready and car was in within minutes. On my way in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly people and professional. Won’t go anywhere else. Mary is the greatest

It is rewarding to still have great trust worthy automotive service company that still exists. I went for what I thought was going to be an expensive AC repair and or was going to be given a “pressured to repair guilt trip “ as many auto shop still do. Nope! Not the case here!
