Their name says it all. If you are tired of dealership prices on repairs, Dealer Alternative is your answer. They are professional in all aspects of their business, courteous staff, place is spotless ( yes, really) and much more reasonable than a dealership. I will go back to them for any type of repair in the future.

Whenever I contact Dealer Alternative Auto Care, they are always very good to accommodate my schedule to the best of their ability. I can rely upon them to do the job quickly and properly. They are always very courteous and they explain what is going on with my vehicle. It's also nice to know that they have a shuttle vehicle to get me to and from work when necessary.

Service is excellent. Everyone very nice and professional. Only negative was how long it took when we actually had an appointment. I understand things happen. Just a little more complicated when you have to drive into town over 30 miles and have some timing issues. Would highly recommend this company.
