Was impressed with the staff's attitude, ability to communicate and adapt to my needs in terms of getting my vehicle back quickly. Mike, who worked on my car, knows his stuff. Their name says it all. If you are tired of dealership prices on repairs, Dealer Alternative is your answer. They are professional in all aspects of their business, courteous staff, place is spotless ( yes, really) and much more reasonable than a dealership. I will go back to them for any type of repair in the future.
