Kind, capable and fair people. They are now our 'go to' for car repairs after less that satisfactory experience with the dealerships. Jill and Janelle are great and the mechanic who worked on my Jeep (Royce) is knowledgeable, communicates clearly and does superior work. You wont find yourself wanting to go anywhere else!

Great team at the shop I use in San Marcos, TX. Have always treated me fairly and explained everything they’ve done to my cars. I have 3 vehicles and I trust Jay and his team to work on any one of them.

Was having some challenges with my power steering and wanted to have it checked, I made my reservation, they diagnosed my problem, repaired and out the door. I was happy with the work and the turn-around. Give them a try, especially if your a SM Chamber member.

I had never had a car shipped to me before. Dealer Alternatiee Auto Care was my first and greatest experience in doing so! I wasn't sure but spoke to Jay a lot and quickly figured these guys are solid. Everything was extremely professional and on point. I was worried that my first car shipping delivery would be a dissapointment, but it was one of the best experiences I've ever had when it comes to buying cars.the level of professionalism that Dealer Alternative Auto Care upheld during the long distance remote communication process was unmatched. Jay and Jill were very patient and thorough when it came to organizing, the shipment and preparing the documents since it's my first car that I had shipped to me. These are good people, honest and decent people that keep their word and are dependable, professional and caring. I don't live in Texas and I've never been to their shop but I can see from all the reviews this place is a find! I wish they had a shop where I lived, I would only go there. The ladies in the office do a great job of communicating all the important items that must be discussed. When I was able to speak with the mechanic’s they explained all important information that was necessary.
