I drove over 4 hours to have Jay and his team work on my truck after a friend highly recommended them. They are an extremely honest and trustworthy group of folks who exceeded my hopes, while alleviating my concerns. The office and shop staff are the type of people any company would be proud to employ.

The staff are very pleasant and took care of me once I got there. This is the first time that i need an extensive work for my Mercedes Benz GL450 but I've been coming here for oil change. I've always been satisfied with their service. Will let you know how this next job will turn out..... Didn't have to wait long for the shuttle for my ride home. I've been a happy customer overall.

I stopped by a week before dropping off my truck and the boss was polite and discussed my issue and said that he would work me in when I could return. I dropped my F150 off a few days later without an appointment or anything and expected to wait a week or so. The boss emailed me an estimate that evening and recommended work and I told him to proceed. I approved and it was done in a day. If you don't want to deal with dealer BS but want autocare with dealer credentials and a good front man to work with, this seems to be the place. I'll go back there the next time I need help.

I was impressed by my first experience with Dealer Alternative, so when the need arose a couple of months later with a different vehicle, I decided to call on them again. This time it was an electrical issue that stopped the vehicle from running. Apparently it required a special diagnostic test to determine the source of the problem, a 300$ test. This was surprising, since this high price was only to FIND the problem, not to repair it. It just so happens that I'm an MRI Technologist and I perform very expensive diagnostic tests to determine the source of problems, so I get it. I can appreciate the value of being precise, and the fact that there's a cost associated with that. After a short time the problem was found and repaired, a fuse, I didn't remember if they actually charged me for it, if so, it was unnoticeable. I absolutely HATE guessing at what's wrong with something/someone. Sucks when doctors do it, being in diagnostics, knowing for sure what's wrong is absolutely essential to a good outcome. Well done y'all, I'll be back to have you precisely address the next auto issue that comes my way. I appreciate the professionalism, and the good treatment my wife and I receive when we speak face to face. Also, good on you for keeping the customer informed, and communicating through text and email with details, that's extremely helpful and ahead of the curve in your business.

Their communication and getting my car back in a timely manner was excellent. They have always done a great job on both of our cars.
