The Mercedes dealership pointed out $5,000 worth of 'needed' repairs. Dealer Alternative ran diagnostics, test drove and put my car on the rack. The outcome 'your vehicle is in tip top shape and needs no repairs.' All I spent was time, and far less than they. I will be back when work is truly needed. Thank you for integrity!

I have been here several times now and have been pleased with the service. I was surprised this last time when the actual bill turned out to be half the quoted price. They were able to see another way to get to the part needing replacement and cut the labor needed by a lot. First time that has ever happened in over 50 years of getting a car worked on. Work has been reliable with no return trips needed. Very pleased that I have found a place I trust to work on our vehicles.

These folks are always on top of their work. The women up front are great reps but kudos to the folks that get the work done. I recommend this shop without reservation.
