I dropped my Jeep off without an appointment and the staff was both articulate and prompt. I was contacted via telephone with the analysis and cost prior to work being performed and once the job was completed they telephone again to advise of completion. I will continue to use this location in future

With a dealer estimate of over $1000 to repair the AC on my 2012 Honda, I came to Dealer Alternative to get a 2nd opinion. They did a thorough check of the system, checked for leaks, tested extensively and told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the system but it had been overcharged with refrigerant. They fixed that and it is working great. I will definitely come back to them for future work on our cars.
