My truck needed a bunch of alignment parts and they decided to troubleshoot it before they quoted prices. Not only were they extremely quick with getting me in for an appointment. They also were proactive about up front about the costs. It turned out that it wasn’t as bad as we initially thought so it saved me close to $800! Thanks Dealer Alternative! I’ll be back

I contacted these folks via phone and explained my issue to determine if they could help me. Christina was very friendly &helpful. I had my vehicle towed to their location & they called me to advise receiving it. After completing the diagnostic I was contacted by Sean & was explained what needed to be done and the cost estimate. I authorized the work to be done & didn’t expect to hear anything until the end of the week at the earliest because it was late morning on a Monday. Sean contacted me on Tuesday at 4 pm and advised my vehicle was complete & ready to be picked up. I was pleasantly surprised needless to say! Further the quote I sent as given previously was right on the money! This has to be one of the most surprising auto mechanic experiences I’ve ever had!

Car was towed there over the weekend. They got right on it Monday morning. Called to let us know what was going on, performed good work

Jay and Jill, Thank you for the work you did on my Lexus. Franklin noted one simple, important item overlooked to share with the mechanics. The coolant tank was empty the following day and has required refilling twice. Had he not checked the fluid levels, not having sufficient coolant could lead to a future issue with over- heating. Thanks again and we do appreciate you all taking care of our vehicles. Janice

Oh no! I'm shocked to hear this. We use a vacuum coolant system that should have checked for leaks while insuing that there were no air pockets. This is a concern that it needed filling twice. We should probably verify that there aren't an small leaks anywhere. It was a major teardown, so it's possible that one of the old hoses is leaking or isn't clamped well enough, or some other small issue. Please bring it by anytime you can drop it off and we will go through it. I also meant to show you the pictures I took of it torn down.
