I wish it would have been clear the type of oil used as I did not want the synthetic oil
I have reviewed the repair order and found that the vehicle, a 2013 Toyota Camry, calls for 0W20 synthetic oil from the manufacturer. This is the reason we used it. We would never go against a factory recommended engine oil recommendation unless it was specifically requested by the customer. This is what was stated in the fluid recommendations: "SAE 0W-20 is the best choice for good fuel economy and good starting in cold weather. If SAE 0W-20 is not available, SAE 5W-20 oil may be used. However, it must be replaced with SAE 0W-20 at the next oil change." I have made the notation in your file. We apologize for this infraction.
