I was needing an inspection done and after driving to many inspection stations that were too busy to do this, these fine gentlemen not only did the job but wasted no time at all getting me back on my way. They went out of their way to be helpful and they will be getting my business for now on. Highly recommended

To make a long story short... took my car to Dealer Alternative Auto Care and another shop and received two different opinions as to what was wrong with it. Ended up using the other shop and so far my car has been working fine. When I left my original review Dealer Alternative Auto Care reached out to me and asked me to come in and discuss the issue. They refunded my diagnostic fee and explained why they felt their diagnosis was still correct. Ultimately time will tell if they are right. Overall I was impressed with how they treated me once they found out I was unhappy with my experience. I took my car here based on the reviews. Everyone was friendly and garage was clean . I was told i needed a starter and the cost would be between $600-$800 depending on the starter brand I chose, this was in addition to the $100 diagnostic fee. Decided to call around to see if I could find some where cheaper for the work. I did find another highly rated garage who would do the work for $500. After taking my car to the second garage they called and told me I did not need a starter but only a battery. I ask them if they could please check everything again based on the diagnosis I received from Dealer Alternative Auto Care, they called back and said the had tested the starter 3 times and each time it passed their test and the battery failed. It has been three weeks since I have had the new battery put in and I have not had any issues with the car starting. Overall going here was a waste of my time and money.

Julienn said she walked into the business without an appointment, and they helped her right away. The service was done in 30 minutes, and they told her it would take 45 minutes. She was very impressed with the work the staff did. From now on, the facility will be her primary mechanic, as long as she lives in the area.
