My car is old and has several opportunities for repair. However, all I wanted was to make my car passable for the State Inspenction. I knew that I had a number of engine codes that I tried to resolve myself, but to no avail. Dealer Alternative came recommended by word of mouth so I made arrangements to bring it in for a few days while they took care of everything. To my very pleasant surprise they called me up only a few hours later informing me that not only were the engine codes not the type to prevent passing inspection, but also that my car passed inspection and was ready for pickup. I appreciate that they did not take advantage of my vulnerability. From this honesty, integrity, and great customer service, I know I've got a trust worthy shop I can go to when need arises.
