My engine light came on and I brought my truck to Jay and crew to handle . They quickly identified the problem and ordered the parts ASAP. I was in a rush! And without a glance, backed into a large solid object, breaking the lens on the driver side rear lights. It took several days for the new lens to be delivered, but only minutes to install it. My car is now legal to drive. 🎉 I call the charges for parts and labor my stupidity tax! I take my vehicles to Dealer Alternatives because of their skills, great customer service, and business dog. I like people who like dogs!

Joseph said they were recommended and he has no complaints. They took his call, did what they could to help him, were timely, professional and he even got to talk to the tech about his questions.
