My daughters car broke down and needed to be towed to a shop. I chose Dealership Alternative based on their reviews and proximity to her apartment. I called and spoke with Thomas, who was very pleasant, and I explained the situation. Thomas followed up as soon as the car was received and kept in touch with me throughout the day. The work was reasonable and was completed quickly. All of this is greatly appreciated since I was handling from out of town.

these guys went above and beyond to get my inspection done quickly. After driving around to many other shops who did not have time, these gentlemen did it right away and got me on my way. Thanks again, will be return again as needed, highly recommended
